Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp (16g) tomato paste
- 1 tsp (5g) honey
- 1 tsp (2g) freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp (1g) red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp (1g) garlic powder
- ½ tsp (3g) sea salt
- ½ cup (120ml) extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup (60ml) red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Combine the tomato paste, honey, black pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and salt in a jar or mixing bowl. Whisk until a thick, smooth paste forms.
- Pour in the red wine vinegar and lemon juice. Stir vigorously until the tomato paste is fully dissolved into the acids.
- Slowly stream in the olive oil while whisking constantly, or seal the jar and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the dressing is emulsified and velvety.
