Ingredients:
- 2 slices (60g) whole grain or white sandwich bread
- 2 tbsp (32g) creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp (20g) grape or strawberry jelly
Instructions:
- Lay both slices of bread flat on your surface.
- Spread a thin, even layer of peanut butter across the entire surface of both slices, ensuring you reach the very edges to create a moisture seal.
- Spoon the jelly onto the center of one peanut butter-coated slice.
- Spread the jelly in a circle, leaving a small border of peanut butter (about 1/4 inch) around the edge to prevent leaking.
- Press the two slices together firmly.
- Cut the sandwich diagonally into two triangles or use a criss-cross cut to create four small triangles.
