Ingredients:

  • 24 thick pretzel rods
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp refined coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup pink sprinkles
  • 2 oz dark chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Combine 12 oz white chocolate chips and 1 tsp refined coconut oil in a heat proof bowl.
  2. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler). Stir constantly until the mixture is glossy and liquid.
  3. Transfer to a glass. Pour the melted white chocolate into a tall, narrow glass. This allows you to submerge the 24 thick pretzel rods deep into the mixture.
  4. Dip each pretzel rod about halfway or two thirds of the way down.
  5. Remove excess. Lift the rod and let the excess chocolate drip back into the glass for 5-10 seconds. Wait until the dripping slows to a crawl.
  6. Immediately apply pink sprinkles over the wet chocolate while holding the rod over a tray.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Melt dark chocolate and use a piping bag to create a zig zag pattern across the white coating.
  8. Allow to set at room temperature for 15 minutes until the dark chocolate has completely hardened.
