Ingredients:
- 24 thick pretzel rods
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp refined coconut oil
- 0.5 cup pink sprinkles
- 2 oz dark chocolate
Instructions:
- Combine 12 oz white chocolate chips and 1 tsp refined coconut oil in a heat proof bowl.
- Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler). Stir constantly until the mixture is glossy and liquid.
- Transfer to a glass. Pour the melted white chocolate into a tall, narrow glass. This allows you to submerge the 24 thick pretzel rods deep into the mixture.
- Dip each pretzel rod about halfway or two thirds of the way down.
- Remove excess. Lift the rod and let the excess chocolate drip back into the glass for 5-10 seconds. Wait until the dripping slows to a crawl.
- Immediately apply pink sprinkles over the wet chocolate while holding the rod over a tray.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Melt dark chocolate and use a piping bag to create a zig zag pattern across the white coating.
- Allow to set at room temperature for 15 minutes until the dark chocolate has completely hardened.
