Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 12 oz deli turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 8 slices cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
- 4 leaves Romaine lettuce, shredded
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise together until the mixture is velvety and lump-free. Fold in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture across the surface, leaving a 1/2 inch border at the edges.
- Layer the cheddar cheese first, followed by 3-4 slices of deli turkey, the crumbled bacon, and finally the shredded lettuce.
- Starting from the bottom, roll the tortilla up as tightly as possible, applying firm pressure with your fingers.
- Place the rolled log on a piece of plastic wrap and twist the ends tightly to compress the roll. Repeat for all remaining tortillas.
- Refrigerate the compressed rolls for at least 1 hour.
- Remove the rolls from the plastic wrap and slice into pinwheels using a serrated knife.
