Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 12 oz deli turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise together until the mixture is velvety and lump-free. Fold in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture across the surface, leaving a 1/2 inch border at the edges.
  3. Layer the cheddar cheese first, followed by 3-4 slices of deli turkey, the crumbled bacon, and finally the shredded lettuce.
  4. Starting from the bottom, roll the tortilla up as tightly as possible, applying firm pressure with your fingers.
  5. Place the rolled log on a piece of plastic wrap and twist the ends tightly to compress the roll. Repeat for all remaining tortillas.
  6. Refrigerate the compressed rolls for at least 1 hour.
  7. Remove the rolls from the plastic wrap and slice into pinwheels using a serrated knife.
