Ingredients:

  • cup Full Fat Mayonnaise
  • /2 cup Buttermilk
  • /4 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • cloves Fresh Garlic, finely minced
  • tablespoons Fresh Chives, finely snipped
  • tablespoons Fresh Dill, finely chopped
  • teaspoon Onion Powder
  • /2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • /2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • /2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • teaspoon Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • /2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Finely mince the fresh garlic, then chop the chives and dill.
  2. In the mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream/yogurt until completely smooth.
  3. Whisk in the minced garlic, chives, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, pepper, salt, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Whisk vigorously for about 60 seconds to ensure all the dried herbs are evenly distributed and there are no clumps.
  5. Take a small taste now. Adjust salt or pepper if necessary, understanding the flavour will intensify as it rests.
  6. Transfer the dressing to an airtight container. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour (ideally 4 hours or overnight) for optimal flavour marriage.
  7. Before serving, whisk the dressing again as it may have thickened slightly. If too thick, whisk in an extra tablespoon of buttermilk until the desired consistency is reached.
