Ingredients:
- cup Full Fat Mayonnaise
- /2 cup Buttermilk
- /4 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
- cloves Fresh Garlic, finely minced
- tablespoons Fresh Chives, finely snipped
- tablespoons Fresh Dill, finely chopped
- teaspoon Onion Powder
- /2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- teaspoon Dried Parsley
- /2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- /2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- teaspoon Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- /2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions:
- Finely mince the fresh garlic, then chop the chives and dill.
- In the mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream/yogurt until completely smooth.
- Whisk in the minced garlic, chives, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, pepper, salt, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Whisk vigorously for about 60 seconds to ensure all the dried herbs are evenly distributed and there are no clumps.
- Take a small taste now. Adjust salt or pepper if necessary, understanding the flavour will intensify as it rests.
- Transfer the dressing to an airtight container. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour (ideally 4 hours or overnight) for optimal flavour marriage.
- Before serving, whisk the dressing again as it may have thickened slightly. If too thick, whisk in an extra tablespoon of buttermilk until the desired consistency is reached.
