Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (150g) Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons (70g) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons (36g) Granulated Sugar
  • 6 ounces (170g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tablespoon (14g) Unsalted Butter
  • 24 Large Marshmallows (cut in half for smaller bites)

Instructions:

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of each muffin tin cup. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes, until lightly golden.
  3. Combine chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Spoon melted chocolate into each graham cracker cup. Top each with a marshmallow half.
  5. Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffed. Alternatively, use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows for a more authentic campfire flavor. Watch carefully to avoid burning!
  6. Let the bites cool slightly in the muffin tin before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
