Ingredients:
- 4 pieces naan bread (140g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the naan breads on the baking sheet and lightly brush the edges and base with olive oil to ensure a crispy crust.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce onto the center of each naan, spreading it toward the edges while leaving a 1/2 inch border.
- Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese across the top of each pizza.
- Add chosen toppings (such as pepperoni, mushrooms, or cooked chicken) and sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Bake on the center rack for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and develops golden-brown spots.
