Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces naan bread (140g each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the naan breads on the baking sheet and lightly brush the edges and base with olive oil to ensure a crispy crust.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce onto the center of each naan, spreading it toward the edges while leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  4. Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese across the top of each pizza.
  5. Add chosen toppings (such as pepperoni, mushrooms, or cooked chicken) and sprinkle with dried oregano.
  6. Bake on the center rack for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and develops golden-brown spots.
