Ingredients:

  • 12 large pretzel rods
  • 12 oz white candy melts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 12 Peeps marshmallow bunnies
  • 1/4 cup pastel spring sprinkles
  • 2 oz brightly colored candy melts

Instructions:

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Ensure your Peeps are separated from their packaging and ready for quick assembly.
  2. Place the white candy melts in a tall microwave-safe glass. Microwave in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring between each session until smooth. Stir in coconut oil if needed for fluidity.
  3. Submerge a pretzel rod into the glass, leaving 2 inches exposed at the bottom. Lift vertically and gently tap against the edge to remove excess coating.
  4. Place the rod on parchment paper. While wet, press one Peep bunny onto the top third and add sprinkles.
  5. Melt the colored candy melts and drizzle over the rods. Let set for 10 minutes until firm.
