Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups Rolled Oats
  • 0.5 cup High-Quality Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
  • 0.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 0.33 cup Raw Honey
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, protein powder, ground flaxseeds, and sea salt. Ensure all clumps in the protein powder are broken up for a uniform distribution.
  2. Add the creamy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry base. Use a sturdy silicone spatula to fold the mixture, massaging the oils into the oats until it begins to clump.
  3. If the mixture is too dry or crumbly, add water one tablespoon at a time. Use your hands to knead the dough until it holds its shape when squeezed. Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. Using a small cookie scoop, portion the dough into 12-14 uniform balls. Place them on parchment paper and let them rest at room temperature or in the fridge for 20 minutes to allow the protein to fully hydrate and the texture to set.
