Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60g) smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
  2. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and stir to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  5. For a thicker dip, chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (optional).
  6. Serve with your favourite dippers.
