Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60g) smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
- Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Add the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract.
- Add a pinch of salt and stir to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- For a thicker dip, chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (optional).
- Serve with your favourite dippers.
