Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (170g) Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup (255g) Creamy Peanut Butter (natural, drippy preferred)
  • ½ cup (170g) Honey or Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup (50g) Ground Flaxseed (flaxseed meal)
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup (85g) Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients: oats, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, flaxseed, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips.
  2. Using a sturdy spatula or wooden spoon, mix until a thick, sticky dough forms, ensuring all oats are coated.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from refrigerator. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion the mixture.
  5. Roll each portion firmly between palms to form a smooth, compact ball. Moisten hands slightly if the mixture is too sticky.
  6. Place finished bites in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for the best texture.
