- 16 oz lump crab meat, drained and picked
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Ensure no cream cheese lumps remain.
- Stir in the Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, minced garlic, and smoked paprika until the mixture is a uniform color.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat and half of the shredded cheddar cheese using a rubber spatula to keep crab chunks intact.

- Spread the mixture evenly with the back of a spoon.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese on top is deep golden brown.
- Remove the dip from the oven.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the structure to set.
