Instructions:

- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Carefully layer the flour mixture into the bottom of the jar. Press down gently to create an even layer.
- Carefully layer the granulated sugar over the flour mixture. Press down gently.
- Carefully layer the packed brown sugar over the granulated sugar. Press down firmly to create a compressed layer.
- Top the jar with the chocolate chips. This creates a visually appealing top layer.
