  3. Carefully layer the granulated sugar over the flour mixture. Press down gently.
  4. Carefully layer the packed brown sugar over the granulated sugar. Press down firmly to create a compressed layer.
  5. Top the jar with the chocolate chips. This creates a visually appealing top layer.
  6. Seal the jar tightly with the lid. Decorate the jar with ribbons, twine, or a custom label.
