Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- Place the honey and Dijon mustard into a mason jar. Stir briefly to combine the ingredients into a paste.
- Pour in the apple cider vinegar and olive oil.
- Screw the lid on tightly and shake vigorously for 30–60 seconds until the mixture transforms into a thick, opaque, and uniform liquid.
- Taste the dressing with a leaf of salad green; add a pinch more honey if too sharp or a teaspoon of additional vinegar if too heavy.
