Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (100g) popped salted microwave popcorn
  • 8 oz (225g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp (1.25ml) neon green gel food coloring
  • 1/4 cup (30g) red heart-shaped sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the popped popcorn across the sheet in an even layer.
  2. Combine white chocolate chips and butter in a large microwave-safe glass bowl.
  3. Microwave the chocolate mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  4. Stir in the neon green gel food coloring until the color is uniform and vibrant.
  5. Drizzle the green chocolate over the popcorn in a zig-zag motion.
  6. Using a rubber spatula, gently toss the kernels until they are fully coated.
  7. Immediately scatter the red heart sprinkles over the top before the chocolate sets.
  8. Let the popcorn sit for 5 minutes until the glaze is firm to the touch.
