Ingredients:
- 1 bag (100g) popped salted microwave popcorn
- 8 oz (225g) white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp (15ml) unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp (1.25ml) neon green gel food coloring
- 1/4 cup (30g) red heart-shaped sprinkles
Instructions:
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the popped popcorn across the sheet in an even layer.
- Combine white chocolate chips and butter in a large microwave-safe glass bowl.
- Microwave the chocolate mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Stir in the neon green gel food coloring until the color is uniform and vibrant.
- Drizzle the green chocolate over the popcorn in a zig-zag motion.
- Using a rubber spatula, gently toss the kernels until they are fully coated.
- Immediately scatter the red heart sprinkles over the top before the chocolate sets.
- Let the popcorn sit for 5 minutes until the glaze is firm to the touch.
