Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup (75g) green olives, pitted and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (30g) pecans, finely chopped
- 1 tsp (5ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch (1g) garlic salt
Instructions:
- Scoop the softened cream cheese into a medium mixing bowl.
- Stir the cheese vigorously for 30 seconds until the texture is glossy and smooth. Note: This removes any cold lumps.
- Finely chop the green olives using a sharp knife.
- Finely chop the pecans until they are small bits.
- Fold the chopped olives into the cheese using a spatula.
- Fold the chopped pecans into the mixture. Note: Use a folding motion to keep the chunks intact.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce.
- Sprinkle in the pinch of garlic salt.
- Mix everything together until the color is uniform.
- Spread a generous layer onto your favorite bread.
