Ingredients:
- 4 cups (360g) Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 ½ cups (150g) Raw Almonds, roughly chopped
- ½ cup (170g) Honey
- ½ cup (120ml) Melted Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon (2g) Ground Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon (3g) Fine Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, melt coconut oil and honey together. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the warm honey-oil mixture over the oat and almond mixture. Fold until evenly coated.
- Transfer to the baking sheet. Spread into a thin, even layer, and firmly press down.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes. Do not stir during baking.
- Let cool completely on the baking sheet (at least 1 hour) without touching it.
- Break the granola into desired cluster sizes.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
