Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (360g) Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 ½ cups (150g) Raw Almonds, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup (170g) Honey
  • ½ cup (120ml) Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon (2g) Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon (3g) Fine Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt coconut oil and honey together. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the warm honey-oil mixture over the oat and almond mixture. Fold until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer to the baking sheet. Spread into a thin, even layer, and firmly press down.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Do not stir during baking.
  7. Let cool completely on the baking sheet (at least 1 hour) without touching it.
  8. Break the granola into desired cluster sizes.
  9. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
