Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240g) whipped strawberry cream cheese dip
  • 10 large pink stuffed Oreo cookies
  • 6 mini pink cupcakes or strawberry brownie squares
  • 1 lb (450g) fresh strawberries with stems
  • 0.5 lb (225g) fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups (100g) pink and white marshmallows
  • 1 cup (150g) yogurt covered pretzels
  • 0.5 cup (75g) pink foil-wrapped chocolate hearts
  • 0.25 cup (40g) freeze-dried strawberries
  • 3 sprigs fresh mint for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place the dip. Put your 240g of whipped strawberry cream cheese into a central ramekin and set it slightly off center on the board. Note: Placing it off center creates more visual interest than a symmetrical layout.
  2. Anchor the cupcakes. Arrange the 6 mini cupcakes or brownie squares in two small groups on opposite sides of the dip.
  3. Fan the cookies. Place the 10 pink stuffed Oreos in a gentle curve around one side of the board until they resemble a falling row of dominoes.
  4. Cluster the pretzels. Group the 150g of yogurt covered pretzels near the cream cheese dip for easy access.
  5. Pile the strawberries. Arrange the 450g of fresh strawberries in a large mound, keeping the green stems visible for contrast.
  6. Tuck the marshmallows. Fill large empty spaces with the 100g of marshmallows until the board looks plush and full.
  7. Scatter the hearts. Drop the 75g of foil wrapped chocolate hearts into the smaller crevices to add a bit of sparkle.
  8. Add the berries. Nest the 225g of fresh raspberries into any remaining gaps until no wood is visible beneath the food.
  9. Sprinkle the crunch. Dust the top of the board with the 40g of freeze dried strawberries for an extra hit of pink.
  10. Garnish with mint. Place the 3 sprigs of fresh mint near the strawberries until the green pops against the pink sweets.
