Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 cup (150g) Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 cup (150g) fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1 cup (150g) strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup (150g) green seedless grapes
- 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (60ml) honey
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Cut the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and the fresh pineapple into consistent 1-inch (2.5cm) cubes.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until the mixture is velvety and smooth; transfer to a serving bowl.
- Slide the ingredients onto 6-inch bamboo skewers in a repeating pattern: cheese cube, pineapple, grape, cheese cube, strawberry, and blueberry.
- Push the ingredients firmly together to ensure the skewer is sturdy and there are no gaps.
