Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480ml) Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup (60g) Fresh Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, chopped)
- 1/4 cup (30g) Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup (25g) Chopped Nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1/4 cup (20g) Shredded Coconut
- A sprinkle of sea salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine yogurt, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix well until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer, about 1/4 inch (6mm) thick.
- Sprinkle your chosen toppings evenly over the yogurt base.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bark is completely frozen solid.
- Remove the bark from the freezer and let it sit for a minute or two to soften slightly. Break it into irregular pieces with your hands or a knife.
