Ingredients:
- 2 pounds (900g) seedless grapes, any color or variety
- 1/4 cup (60ml) water, for rinsing
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice, for extra zing (optional)
- Sprinkles of your choice (optional)
Instructions:
- Rinse the grapes thoroughly under cool running water in a colander.
- If using lemon juice, place grapes in a bowl and pour the lemon juice over them. Toss gently to coat. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Pat the grapes completely dry with paper towels.
- Spread the grapes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they aren't touching each other!
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Once frozen, transfer the grapes to a freezer bag or airtight container. Label and date.
