Ingredients:
- 3 cups (450g) Green Grapes, seedless, washed and frozen
- 2 cups (300g) Pineapple Chunks, fresh or frozen
- 6 Wooden Skewers
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Full-Fat Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Lime Zest, finely grated
Instructions:
- Ensure grapes and pineapple are frozen. If using fresh pineapple, cut into chunks and freeze until solid.
- Thread frozen grapes and pineapple chunks alternately onto each skewer.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together coconut milk, lime juice, honey (if using), and lime zest until smooth.
- Arrange skewers on a serving plate. Drizzle generously with the coconut-lime sauce just before serving.
- Sprinkle with extra lime zest or shredded coconut for added visual appeal.
