Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (450g) Green Grapes, seedless, washed and frozen
  • 2 cups (300g) Pineapple Chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 6 Wooden Skewers
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lime Zest, finely grated

Instructions:

  1. Ensure grapes and pineapple are frozen. If using fresh pineapple, cut into chunks and freeze until solid.
  2. Thread frozen grapes and pineapple chunks alternately onto each skewer.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together coconut milk, lime juice, honey (if using), and lime zest until smooth.
  4. Arrange skewers on a serving plate. Drizzle generously with the coconut-lime sauce just before serving.
  5. Sprinkle with extra lime zest or shredded coconut for added visual appeal.
