Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs Frozen Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary or Thyme

Instructions:

  1. Pour 1 cup of chicken broth into the inner Instant Pot and place the stainless steel trivet inside to keep the chicken elevated.
  2. Season the frozen chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Arrange them in a single layer on the trivet.
  3. Secure the lid and set the valve to Sealing. Select Manual/Pressure Cook on High for 12 minutes.
  4. After the cooking cycle completes, allow the pressure to drop naturally for 10 minutes (Natural Pressure Release).
  5. Manually release any remaining steam, remove the lid, and verify the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part.
