Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs Frozen Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Fine Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary or Thyme
Instructions:
- Pour 1 cup of chicken broth into the inner Instant Pot and place the stainless steel trivet inside to keep the chicken elevated.
- Season the frozen chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Arrange them in a single layer on the trivet.
- Secure the lid and set the valve to Sealing. Select Manual/Pressure Cook on High for 12 minutes.
- After the cooking cycle completes, allow the pressure to drop naturally for 10 minutes (Natural Pressure Release).
- Manually release any remaining steam, remove the lid, and verify the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part.
