Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas (approximately 400g)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) plain, unsweetened yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon peanut butter (make sure it's Xylitol-free and dog-safe!)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey (or maple syrup)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the bananas and break them into smaller pieces.
  2. Place the bananas, yogurt, peanut butter (if using), and honey (if using) into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pour the mixture into the silicone molds.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, remove the treats from the molds and store them in a freezer-safe container. Give to your dog as a treat!
