Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings (split into flats and drumettes)
- 1 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions:
- Use paper towels to pat every single wing completely dry to ensure the crust forms correctly.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each wing for air circulation.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 11 minutes.
- Use tongs to flip each wing.
- Air fry for another 8–10 minutes until the skin is golden brown and the crust is hard to the touch.
- Place the hot wings in a clean bowl and toss with melted butter, buffalo sauce, and honey until glazed.
