Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (split into flats and drumettes)
  • 1 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Use paper towels to pat every single wing completely dry to ensure the crust forms correctly.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each wing for air circulation.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 11 minutes.
  5. Use tongs to flip each wing.
  6. Air fry for another 8–10 minutes until the skin is golden brown and the crust is hard to the touch.
  7. Place the hot wings in a clean bowl and toss with melted butter, buffalo sauce, and honey until glazed.
