Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (8 oz / 225g each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp (30g) melted butter
  • 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 cup (240ml) marinara sauce
  • 3 cups (340g) shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz (115g) sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup (60g) diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup (40g) sliced black olives

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 12x17 inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it firmly into the edges of the pan to create a seamless rectangle.
  3. Brush the melted butter mixed with garlic powder over the dough to create a crispy barrier.
  4. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.
  5. Apply 2 cups (170g) of mozzarella cheese as a base layer.
  6. Distribute the pepperoni, diced green bell peppers, and sliced black olives evenly across the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and the Parmesan cheese over the top to lock the toppings in place.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the edges are mahogany-colored and the cheese is bubbling.
  9. Remove from oven and let the pizza rest in the pan for 5 minutes before slicing into squares.
