Ingredients:
- 2 cans (8 oz / 225g each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp (30g) melted butter
- 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
- 1 cup (240ml) marinara sauce
- 3 cups (340g) shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz (115g) sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup (60g) diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup (40g) sliced black olives
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 12x17 inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it firmly into the edges of the pan to create a seamless rectangle.
- Brush the melted butter mixed with garlic powder over the dough to create a crispy barrier.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.
- Apply 2 cups (170g) of mozzarella cheese as a base layer.
- Distribute the pepperoni, diced green bell peppers, and sliced black olives evenly across the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and the Parmesan cheese over the top to lock the toppings in place.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the edges are mahogany-colored and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven and let the pizza rest in the pan for 5 minutes before slicing into squares.
