Ingredients:
- 1 cup (226g) Unsalted Butter, softened to room temperature (65°F/18°C)
- 1/2 cup (60g) Powdered Sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup (85g) Honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons (12g) Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) Fine Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Place the softened unsalted butter in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer with a paddle attachment on medium-high speed, whip the butter for 2–3 minutes until it appears pale and fluffy.
- Sift the powdered sugar into the bowl to ensure a smooth texture. Add the honey, ground cinnamon, and fine sea salt. Start the mixer on the lowest speed to incorporate, then gradually increase to medium speed.
- Increase speed to high and whip for an additional 2 minutes to achieve maximum aeration. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl to ensure all honey and spices are fully emulsified into the lipid matrix.
