Ingredients:

- salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, pickle brine, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder until the dressing is velvety. Stir in the fresh minced dill.
- Place the shredded chicken, diced pickles, celery, and green onions into a large mixing bowl. Toss the ingredients dry to ensure even distribution of the pickles and vegetables.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the chicken mixture. Use a silicone spatula to fold the dressing in gently until the chicken is evenly coated and the mixture is cohesive.
