- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (2.5g)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
Instructions:

- In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
- Pat zucchini slices thoroughly dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
- Drizzle the zucchini with olive oil then toss with the Parmesan mixture, ensuring each slice is evenly coated.
- Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they don't overlap.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Let cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving. They will crisp up even more as they cool. Enjoy your Crispy Parmesan Zucchini Chips!
