Ingredients:

  • 1 pack (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 lb (450g) cooked turkey breast, thinly sliced or shredded
  • 1/2 cup (140g) cranberry sauce
  • 6-8 slices (170g) Havarti or Brie cheese
  • 3 tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (2g) dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt

Instructions:

  1. Use a serrated knife to slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally to create two large sheets of bread.
  2. Place the bottom half of the rolls into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  3. Lay down half of the Havarti or Brie cheese slices onto the bottom bread slab.
  4. Evenly distribute the sliced or shredded cooked turkey breast over the cheese layer.
  5. Carefully spread the cranberry sauce over the turkey layer.
  6. Top the cranberry sauce with the remaining cheese slices to seal the filling.
  7. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer.
  8. Whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, honey or maple syrup, dried parsley, and salt.
  9. Use a pastry brush to coat the tops of the rolls generously with the butter glaze.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are mahogany-gold and the cheese is bubbling.
