Ingredients:
- 1 pack (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 lb (450g) cooked turkey breast, thinly sliced or shredded
- 1/2 cup (140g) cranberry sauce
- 6-8 slices (170g) Havarti or Brie cheese
- 3 tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
- 1 tbsp (15ml) honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp (2g) dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt
Instructions:
- Use a serrated knife to slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally to create two large sheets of bread.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Lay down half of the Havarti or Brie cheese slices onto the bottom bread slab.
- Evenly distribute the sliced or shredded cooked turkey breast over the cheese layer.
- Carefully spread the cranberry sauce over the turkey layer.
- Top the cranberry sauce with the remaining cheese slices to seal the filling.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer.
- Whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, honey or maple syrup, dried parsley, and salt.
- Use a pastry brush to coat the tops of the rolls generously with the butter glaze.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are mahogany-gold and the cheese is bubbling.
