Ingredients:

  • 1 oz ranch seasoning packet
  • 0.5 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, smashed

Instructions:

  1. Place the cottage cheese, almond milk, and lemon juice into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning packet, cracked black pepper, and the smashed garlic clove to the base ingredients.
  3. Blend on high for 60-90 seconds until the mechanical breakdown of the curds is complete and the mixture is silky and glossy.
  4. Use a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides and pulse once more to ensure complete integration.
  5. Transfer the dressing to an airtight glass jar and refrigerate; the texture will thicken slightly as it chills.
