Instructions:
- Place the cottage cheese, almond milk, and lemon juice into a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Add the ranch seasoning packet, cracked black pepper, and the smashed garlic clove to the base ingredients.
- Blend on high for 60-90 seconds until the mechanical breakdown of the curds is complete and the mixture is silky and glossy.
- Use a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides and pulse once more to ensure complete integration.
- Transfer the dressing to an airtight glass jar and refrigerate; the texture will thicken slightly as it chills.
