Ingredients:
- 1 (11-ounce) bag small, square pretzels (approx. 240g)
- 1 (10.6-ounce) package Rolo candies, unwrapped (approx. 300g)
- 1/2 cup Christmas-themed M&Ms or other festive sprinkles (approx. 60g)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Lay pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place one unwrapped Rolo candy on top of each pretzel.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the Rolos are soft but not completely melted. Watch carefully – they melt quickly!
- Remove from oven and immediately press an M&M or sprinkle of your choice into the center of each softened Rolo.
- Allow the pretzel bites to cool completely on the baking sheet until the chocolate has set. This can be sped up by placing the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- Once the pretzel bites are firm, carefully transfer them to a serving platter or airtight container. Serve and Enjoy
