Ingredients:
- 6 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 6 regular-sized Snickers bars, roughly chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional garnish)
Instructions:
- Peel, core, and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces. Toss them immediately with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the chopped Snickers bars and whipped cream into the apples.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
