Ingredients:

  • 6 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 6 regular-sized Snickers bars, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Peel, core, and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces. Toss them immediately with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the chopped Snickers bars and whipped cream into the apples.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
