Ingredients:
- 2 medium tomatillos (approx. 150g), husked and rinsed
- 1 large bunch fresh cilantro (approx. 60g), stems removed
- 1 medium jalapeño, seeds removed
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 cup mayonnaise (220g)
- 1 cup sour cream (230g)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice (30ml)
- 1 oz ranch seasoning mix (28g)
Instructions:
- Place the quartered tomatillos, garlic, lime juice, and jalapeño into the blender. Pulse until the tomatillos have released their liquid and the mixture is a coarse puree.
- Add the fresh cilantro to the blender. Process on high for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is a vibrant, uniform green.
- Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning packet. Blend on medium-low speed until completely smooth and emulsified.
- Transfer to an airtight glass jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to bloom and the pectin to set.
