Ingredients:
- ½ cup (45g) Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
- ½ cup (120ml) Milk of Choice (Dairy or Non-Dairy)
- ¼ cup (60g) Plain Yogurt (Greek or Regular, Dairy or Non-Dairy)
- 1 tablespoon (7g) Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Maple Syrup or Honey
- ½ teaspoon (2g) Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon (1ml) Vanilla Extract
- ½ medium Apple, finely diced (about ½ cup/60g diced)
Instructions:
- Add rolled oats, chia seeds, and ground cinnamon to the jar. Shake or stir well to combine.
- Pour in milk, yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.
- Stir everything together until fully combined, scraping the bottom and sides of the jar.
- Gently fold in diced apple pieces.
- Secure the lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- The next morning, stir well. Add a splash of milk if needed. Garnish and enjoy! Apple cinnamon overnight oats.
