Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (45g) Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup (120ml) Milk of Choice (Dairy or Non-Dairy)
  • ¼ cup (60g) Plain Yogurt (Greek or Regular, Dairy or Non-Dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon (7g) Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Maple Syrup or Honey
  • ½ teaspoon (2g) Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon (1ml) Vanilla Extract
  • ½ medium Apple, finely diced (about ½ cup/60g diced)

Instructions:

  1. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, and ground cinnamon to the jar. Shake or stir well to combine.
  2. Pour in milk, yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir everything together until fully combined, scraping the bottom and sides of the jar.
  4. Gently fold in diced apple pieces.
  5. Secure the lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. The next morning, stir well. Add a splash of milk if needed. Garnish and enjoy! Apple cinnamon overnight oats.
