Ingredients:
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Combine the 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter and 1/3 cup honey in your large bowl. Stir until the mixture is a single, glossy color.
- Fold in the 2 cups of old-fashioned oats. Stir until every flake is coated and no dry spots remain.
- Add the 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. Note: Adding them last prevents them from melting if your PB was warm.
- Rest the mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes. Wait until the dough feels firm and less tacky to the touch.
- Scoop roughly 1.5 tablespoons of dough per ball.
- Roll between your palms into a tight sphere. Apply pressure until the surface looks smooth.
- Place on a parchment lined tray.
- Chill for an additional 10 minutes to set the final shape before transferring to a container.
